Bringing flavor, pizazz and panache to cooking

This is a recipe from my Sister-in-Law Cathie Newell and it is great! The first time I had this she made it for a family dinner and I thought it was wonderful. It is such a nice change from the staple of mashed potatoes. Try this for your next get together with family or friends and you’ll be sure to get rave reviews!

32 oz frozen Hash Brown Potatoes

8 oz Sour Cream

1 stick Butter or Margarine

1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

½ cup Onion, minced

1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Grated

Corn Flakes, crushed

Cathie Newell

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 11x9x2 pan with cooking spray.

Mix all ingredients and pour into the pan. Top with crushed corn flakes.

Bake for 45 minutes or until heated through.
